Product Questions 

How much protein does one bar have?

Each one of our packed bars contains 30g of protein. 

What protein is used?

The protein used in our bars is derived from only the highest quality of sources, from only milk and soy beans. 

Are your protein Bars Vegetarian?

Yes, all of our bars are vegetarian.

Are your products Halal?

Yes, all of our bars are Halal.

Orders and Deliveries 

When can I expect to receive my order? 

All of our Protein Bars are freshly made locally every month, and are shipped on the 2nd of each month, subject to bank holidays and the UK postal service. Please allow up to the 10th of each month for you to receive your Starter Box and/or monthly box.

If you have not received your order by the 10th of the month, our team can locate your order, if you complete the Tracking order Form.

Can my shipping address be different to my billing address?

Yes, we can send your order to an alternate address. We will also need the cardholders billing address for security checks, but the order will be shipped to the address that you have entered in the delivery details section of the checkout form.

Please note, we cannot guarantee that once your order is placed the shipping address will be changed. 

Will my order fit through my letterbox?

Yes, our boxes are specifically designed to fit through your letterbox whilst packing the most amount of bars.  

Manage my Subscription 

How do I cancel my subscription?

Customers can cancel anytime after they have signed up. Should you wish to cancel your subscription permanently, you are able to do so on the 'Manage your Subscription' page of our website. 

You can cancel your next order up to and including the day before your payment is taken.

Can I return a product and receive a refund?

If you've received our product but wish to return it, our team may be able to process a refund for your order. To be eligible for a refund, the items you wish to return must be unopened and in the same condition as when they were sent.

Please note that our team typically takes 5-10 days to process refunds. To initiate the refund process, please fill out this Returns/Refunds form

Returning a box will not stop future orders. If you are looking to cancel your subscription, this needs to be done via our cancellation form.
